I wondered today why my items in stash have Level 90 minimum Char-Level.
i tested and found out, that an item with minimum Charlevel 80 when i insert royal gem it changes to 90, after removing the gem it is Level 80 again.
If i remove the gem after leaving game and joining again the minimum charlevel stays at Level 90.
