Gems are missing....why?

I’m not seeing or collecting gems at all. If I un-socket already socketed gems, that’s fine. But no new gems. At all. Anywhere, any time, from any enemy loot drop, chest, or ore collection.

I had a whole pile of them 12 hours ago.

What do you need to know from me so that I can get help?

This is not a bug. You need to learn the game and how to craft gems.

Gems are not dropping, or gem fragments? because fragments should drop which can be forged into gems at the jeweler.
