I preordered the new expansion on gamepass, but didn’t receive the preorder items. Do you not get the preorder items unless purchased through battlenet?
Update: I put a ticket in with Xbox and they were able to get me the preorder items. Not sure exactly what happened, but I gots me a nice mount and wings now.

I bought it through gamepass. It was discounted 10%. I haven’t seen a single item. I got the ultimate.
Update: I put a ticket in with Xbox and I now have the items after they resolved the issue.
