Game is so unfinished, it delivers a few % of what the previous iterations of diablo delivers.
The big content creators doesn’t even play the game any longer, less than a week after season launch.
its down to 20-40k views on twitch after less than a week of season 1 launch.
Game got rushed out waaay before it was finished, and it will require immense work to finish it, i don’t think they are able to put these resources into it.
As of right now it is most likely to become another D3 with 5-20k active players for the first 3 days of a season.
What blows my mind is that they know they failed with D3 and even admitted that, now they are ready for another failure?.
Hey, I still remember a time when Blizzard put out really good games, complete with the highest quality videos, sound tracks, and voice acting.
It’s been a long time, I know, but forgive me for hoping beyond hope that the last remaining bastion of blizzard gaming, Diablo, lived up to it’s glory days (it didn’t).
Lesson learned.

You mean just like Diablo 3, a product that ended up being one of the best selling PC games of all time and made Blizzard billions of dollars?
We all did our part to create this result. Whether you’re someone who enjoyed D3 and was patient with it while it grew, or hated it but turned around and gave Blizzard your money again anyway. We have trained this company to believe that releasing half-baked products and fixing them post-launch is acceptable.
It’s not Blizzard’s fault. It’s ours.

D3 had a Auction House on launch that gave way more to do than Diablo 4 ever hoped to. I could farm all day long for a chance at free money in the AH.

I am not sure if you have ever played any of the previous Diablo games?.
D4 have around 5-10 different dungeons but 120 different names for these.
D2 have around 20* as many unique dungeons with different unique loot tables, immense crafting, runewords, bases, how many unique items? couldn’t even tell. These uniques are for each difficulty of the game, sets for each, runewords for each, crafting for each. Even more Pinnacle challenges than D4.
D4 is around 10% of what D2 delivers.
Even D3 delivers more content.
I think you need to go back and play these games, and stop white knighting a billion dollar company that can’t even deliver 30 hours of exiting game play for 100 dollars.
