when the eff is this getting fixed seriously if u ppl cant do a patch properly then quit releasing patches

No one knows, I would take the forum responses lightly unless the are in blue. And even the blue ones may be far from accurate.

There are some solutions being discussed here, if you try them back up the files they want you to remove somewhere safe so if it does not work at least you can get back to where you are now.
I personally don’t have the issue so I could not say first hand if that works.
