I am experiencing a persistent crash with Diablo IV on my Xbox Series X. The game immediately crashes to the dashboard whenever I attempt to log in, before I can access any characters. The crash occurs regardless of which Xbox profile I use. My console otherwise functions normally, and other online games run without issue.
Steps I have already taken to troubleshoot:

Cleared console saved data (only from the console, not cloud).

Cleared the alternate MAC address and restarted the console.

Performed a console OS reset (“Reset and keep my games & apps”).

Completely uninstalled Diablo IV, cleared saved data again, and reinstalled fresh on internal storage.

Attempted login using an alternate Xbox profile.
Result:

The game still crashes immediately at login.

The console no longer powers off.

Other games function normally.
