Has it been resolved for you? Solution? My game keeps crashing too. Pretty unplayable since season 11 started. I never had any issues before.

Just restarted the comp and waited for Microsoft to collect the report about it. That’s about it.
I can see the error/ crash events but unsure what it means or what to do with it. I checked every setting and ran every diagnostic I could…nothing worked.
I am having issues too. My game is consistently freezing after 3 hours of gameplay or so. Just locks up and I have to end task.

I have insane long freezes ever since Season 11, it looks like the game is crashing but if you wait like 40 seconds or 1 minute you will get back into the game and it’s playable again. It happens after playing for awhile. My irl friend is also experiencing this.
Hardware I use:
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d
GPU: Nvidia RTX 5080 (driver 591.44)
Mem: 64GB
OS: Windows 11
I never had these issues in Diablo IV, only ever since the start of Season 11.

yup same will have random freezes sometimes, just wait it out and become playable again

I haven’t been getting any freezing but after only about 15min of game time and it just drops the game and sends me back to desktop. I don’t know why I paid for the new content if I can’t play it. Has Blizzard said ANYTHING about this yet?

also getting crashes cant even do a pit without crashing like less than 10 mins in it crashes
It did happen again a few hours ago. I’m not sure what else to do at this point, my drivers are up to date and no other games I’m having issues with right now.
I’m experiencing constant crashes and using same graphics card, though cpu and ram much lower spec
I wanted to buy the 5080 FE, now I’m having second thoughts about it. I currently have Ventus 4060 OC.
