Many envious the immortal sorc can clear higher PIT with the rare gear they acquired and requested blizzard to nerf flameshield. Those crybabies has no idea what means nerf flameshield for them, as it affects player who dont spam flameshield and only use it to occasionally dodge deadly one shoot mechanic from boss and Uber Lilith. Now the flameshield cool down is too long to be a reliable defensive tool, all sorcerer player are affected as this class does not has the defense capability like the barbarian with minimum 100K HP.

I not sure why you talk about Agreement, I am just playing a computer game. Who is the gamer in this real world bother to read thousand lines of EULA before login to a game? No company will able to sell any of the game by trolling the players like: Ah, we can do this as it is in EULA. Who care? I can just stop play any game if the developer piss me off even I dont get refund. The many lines of EULA is to protect the game company against Mod, as in the past many mod programmer claimed they have purchased the game so they have the right to modify the source code. This also to protect Blizzard from embarrassingly lost a high value IP like DOTA to Valve because they did not have the EULA for Warcraft which DOTA was its mod. So anyone running around trolling users to read EULA, they just dont understand the history context of those Agreement. It was never created to silence the players from express their negative opinion about the game they played. You know modern game expect players to continue to spend money after the purchase of base game? So PR is more important than those millions words in EULA. Otherwise Adam Fletcher will not be hired for the job as the dev just can throw the EULA on player’s face when they demand anything.

Because the agreement is bilateral and there are clauses 6.3-6.5 under which this game falls. These are points of responsibility on Blizzard’s part. Sometimes it helps to read agreements. And Blizzard cannot remove or change these clauses, since without them the agreement becomes invalid
They would have nerfed the fire shield anyway. They knew that in season 4 the sorcerers would be the weakest, that’s why they leaked this bug. This explains the 1% completion rate.
Or do you really think that streamers on paper will figure out all the shortcomings in the programming of the development team? This requires a lot of time and testing. I think no faster than a month if you don’t review the code.
