As for sorcerer improvement, a 3rd enchantment and one extra jewelry slot is required. Sorc already locked with Tal Rasha Ring and if you play a non Basic skill build then you will double locked with Tal Rasha and Ring of Starless Sky. Most of the resource aspect will not going to be used as they are worse than this two Unique rings.
For the damage, they either increase 3x to on par with Barb and Rogue. They can just increase the Frigid fate to 90% with low requirement like Intelligent. Also further buff underutilized skill like firewall, fireball, charge bolt or even Chain lightning which is weak without the Unique pant which explode occasionally. The nerf of Burning Instinct need to reverse as it affects all DoT fire build. They can nerf Basic skill if they dont want every sorc running with Firebolt again. If the Dev dont want to buff sorc due to fear of power creep, just nerf Barb and Rogue also the PIT HP will be good enough. Nerf HP of content is equal to buff damage of a class, Blizzard has to choose either one.
The game was fine even in S0 before the nerf to Sorc in CDR and Devouring Blaze. Just dont fix things aren’t broken.
