Blizzard is garbage. Frost Orb is garbage. I tried, I really did. Took a blizzard/orb build all the way to the WT4 capstone dungeon. I had the thing about as optimized as I could, and got wrecked. Sure, it’s actually better at group clear than the burning shard nova build. Single elite or a boss? You’ll be biting their ankles trying to chew them to death from the bottom up.
