this has happened at season start the last few season their licensing services seem to screw up or get over loaded or something. happened in season 4 and again in 5 in the first few days, one time it happened to where all ps5 players couldnt get logged in, for what ever reason, the server they use for lic auth always seems to have some type of problem, normally its fixed in a few hours to a day
my god also happened to me today , paragon 91 cant play game said i have reached the max level for free trial even though i have xbox games please someone need to fix this asap cause I cant grind
yeah im not offended i work in tech so i get both sides of the coin… i hate going through the scripts from low level techs when i know what the problem is and want to talk to an engineer to fix it, but i also ask a crapload of questions to make sure it is “plugged in and turned on and online.” etc when people are reporting issues to me so …

Mine is “Inactive” even though I have GamePass Ultimate and it is working normally on both PC and on my Xbox…
Having same issue with BattleNet not recognizing my Xbox Ultimate Pass. Got booted after the lvl. 25 free trial cap.
Just glad to know I’m not alone at this point.

Ultimate edition bought in june 2024… now i cant play no matter what i try…

Same problem here. Played all night, after log out game states free trail is over. Playing on PC, owning the base game over GP and bought VoH. Filed ticket.
Looks like a global issue with game pass and battle.net connection. All we can do is wait

Same issue here that VOH upgrade is not active today. Battle.net is connected, but game pass is inactive there in account information. Game pass is active in xbox app. I played last night about 5 hours and today found this issue.
I have the same problem. Exactly the same. How can you release a patch and not even test it? Hire me and I’ll do it. Now how do I play it, after having bought it and spent a lot to do it? And I don’t even want that patch.
