I also have that stuttering problem even though I think my laptop should be able to manage the game just fine,

GPU: RTX3060
RAM: 16GB
I already saw a post that mentions it but did noticed that when I use the settings that Nvidia GeForce Experience recommends it stutters like crazy, tried messing with the settings but not much improvement.
The only way I could get a buttery smooth experiece is by going to windowed mode and maximazing the window. Kinda weird but looks like it has been a bumpy release.
