is such an amulet that hard to find? I have multiple offers of 80B , 50b , 20B. I initially thought they must have mis read the +1 heavy handed. But all of them cant possibly be wrong though. Should I start saving even +1 heavy handed, or is it because GA on str is pretty good as well?

GA on Str definitely a thing but a dime a dozen. But the passive Heavy Handed is one SOB to get dropped let alone ever roll for at the Occultist. Lucky find. Hope you kept it or at least got some hefty coin for it.
i was about to sell it for 1B or trash it but I thought of testing d trade. within an hour I got an offer of 50 B, then after 2 hrs 80B. was shocked coz I thought that +1 heavy handed was a rubbish stat.

You underestimate the time and effort. Spent over a billion trying to roll an ammy with it but it was the effing time clicking and clicking and clicking at the gacha machine aka occultist. Gold means nothing to RMT sellers who use teams of gold farmers and lots of peeps would gladly trade a few bucks to relieve the burden and frustration of playing gacha.
