I am a Software Engineer, this is not that difficult. The function is already built, they just need the keybinding to point to the town portals.
They can put a setting to “Bind T to Town” and put a drop down to the town you want. Done.

well could be the easiest ting ever, but for this company, coding a simple addition or multiplication is a whole 5 years project.
Not to mentioning them breaking other things in the process.
I wish they would add waypoints to the emote wheel.
Also put ‘reset dungeon’ on the emote wheel.

Mate, I’ve been barking up this tree since the ye old days of D3 Inferno. I’d be damn astonished if that wish ever manages to come true.
Do you remember when they told us they cannot give more stash tabs ?
because the game loads the entire inventory + stash of every player you meet/see… 
so if all players are in the same town…
Why in the hell is that city so poorly designed?

We at Lizzard hear you. In order to reduce the whiplash cause by rapid dimension travelling and to help you to enjoy the beautiful overworld we crafted for you we have decided to increase the casting time of town portal by 25 seconds and have it teleport you to a random shrine of Lilith instead.

Why don’t you just open map then teleport to town of your choice and not lose your portal back to helltide and not have to teleport twice for no reason?
they should also just add a blacksmith to the helltide boss spawn area so we can just smash our crap there as it drops if our pets are too lazy to do this for us
thats actually a really good question. I dont know how about you guys, but sometimes i would love to be in same room with devs and just shake my head with disbelief how they come up with some decisions and how in the world they’re doing same mistakes over and over again. I mean, come on… [laughing]
That was my whole point, kinda. I would love to open up my map and port to the town of my choice but while I am doing this, baddies continually spawn on top of me and sometimes, meteors.
