Please read my reply that came before yours. I’m almost certain now that the reason not all Chaos rifts count is because not all of them include an actual rift. Had a friend work on their season journey progress yesterday and today. Had them take note of which ones counted for him. He said the ones that only counted were the ones that spawned the rifts.
