Figured I would try out a Werewolf Leveling Build too | Guide

After trying out a few other leveling builds (companions, pulverise and caster), I figured I would add Werewolf to the list as well.

Most midgame werewolf builds (Tornado Wolf, Greatstaff of the Crone, etc) require specific uniques or specific stats. Which wasn’t an option for a leveling build, therefore we had to get creative and see how we could bridge the gap before we acquire enough critical strike chance and damage. We’ll be using wolf and poison creeper companions to help us out in the early levels and continue building off them for the remainder of the build.

There are a ton of interesting passives to acquire that all interact with critical strikes. Every time we land a crit, we’ll have a chance to reset our companions, apply to poison to enemies and heal. You should start feeling all of these coming together around level 30 or so, until then we rely on the companions to bail us out. Some of these effects are also due to the chosen spirit boons, which mostly interact with critical strikes as well.

There are 3 legendary aspects that will make life much easier and the great thing is that you can acquire all 3 very early on from the Fractured Peaks.

The biggest downside of the build is the way it has to deal with crowd control, which is an issue I’m planning to tackle when we respec for WT3.
