Hi, I am writing to report a potential bug regarding the set item “Fer of the Sightless”.
I have been farming for this specific talisman for my build, and I have encountered what I believe to be a broken loot table or a bugged drop condition. Despite being on Torment 12 and having completed all seasonal questlines, the item has not dropped a single time for me or my friends.
Here is a summary of the steps I have taken:

Extensive Farming: I have performed numerous runs in the Undercity (using Tribute of the Assemblers/Horadrim).

Rerolling: I have used the “Reroll Set Charm” function at the Occultist over 60 times in total.

Trading: I have attempted to purchase the item in the Trade Chat with an offer of 1 billion gold, but I have received zero responses. This suggests that the item might not be available at all for the current player base in my region, or that it is not dropping for anyone.

Other Set Items: To ensure that the trading system and my account are not generally bugged, I have successfully traded other set items with friends without any issues. Only “Fer of the Sightless” is completely absent.
