I looked more into the item this season for the same reason. The Rogue’s Smoke Grenade cooldown can be reduced easily to have it spamable. A perfect fit thematically, as it adds some fire to the smoke.

For the damage numbers it would be great if these tooltip values would take player damage stats into account.
