Matchmaking. Obviously. I can’t believe this has still not been implemented in several seasons down. Just mirror what you guys put in place in Immortal and that’ll be a huge win. Ask to group up before dungeons/events. Is that so technically tough compared to spitting out boring content every season?

Hidden zone things. Recently I’ve stumbled on a lack of feature of being able to tell which side quests were completed or not. Are you kidding me!? Unless you used some external site to track every single side quest from the beginning of your characters’ progression there is no way to tell? You have to randomly use a wiki and bumble through what might be what was missed? What sort of janky system is that in a modern aRPG? Why even have a zone counter then? To encourage everyone to use those external sites?
For that matter why are shrines hidden from the start? Why are cellars hidden unless you are nearly next to them? There are some very simple sites with good filters just for that sort of thing. Something like that would go a long way to make the experience better.
I’m just still surprised that these two things weren’t in the game from the start. A lot more surprised that they haven’t been addressed. I don’t need some nonsense content patch every 3 months. Start improving on the core of the game already! If you play on a console, the access to constantly look and check third-party sites while gaming is annoying even with a setup geared around that.
