Subject: Fallen Temple Capstone Door Locked on PS5

I am playing on PS5, World Tier III (Nightmare). The Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon in Dry Steppes appears on my map, but the door is locked and cannot be entered. I have reset cache, restarted console, changed World Tiers, and played solo, but it remains closed. Please check my account flag — it may be incorrectly marked as completed.
