We come across many EXP wells greyed out and not usable when we clear the mobs around it. Just decided to run another NMD and yet again a greyed out exp well, why hasn’t blizzard acknowledge this straight forward bug?

I’m also having this problem, I can’t activate the well.
I’m on the ps5 and they’ve been like this since S6 started. I have yet to use a single one of them.
Ive found if my partner clicks them i dont get the buff or vise versa on ps5.

And they still don’t work for me. I guess this will never get fixed.
