I have followed the npc and completed the Everything Old quest line, however the challenges state I have never started it. I slayed Beleth and got the npc father’s sword. Npc now gone from world. I’ve tried to refresh world state, restart Diablo and console, nothing I did has fixed the issue.

If you guys are trying for Nahantu Folk Hero and this is the one holding it up…I FOUND A WORKAROUND.
What I did was finish the main quests for the Dark Citadel and the weekly challenge for doing it all(i did it all in one shot) and once I was done there was a new side quest available(!). I just did that one and it counted for the last one for NFH.
It may just be the main quest part that unlocks that sidequest tho.

Same issue. Did all the side quests over the weekend for the mount and armor. Sigh.
Patch today did not address the issue. Though now my side quests for Nahantu says 42/44 instead of 34/35 as previously

Same here, I’m stuck at 42/44 and Dian do not show up anymore to give me the final quest. I tried to enable/disable network crossplay and check every days if he comes back, but nothing happens.
me too, already completed the questlines on xbox… I’m stuck at 41/44 SQs, just this one missing for NFH and it shows “not started”

Just putting this here to help those in this thread.
I am at 43/44, there is a quest in Kyovashad over by where the jeweler used to be that counts for Nahantu and there is a “drop” quest in the area to the left of Kurast between the city and the citadel called Diregloom Jungle. The quest is: Salt the Earth.
Everything is Old is still bugged. We really need an in game quest checklist. Good luck to everyone.

I’m at 43/44 side quests. Already completed the Everything Old quest and still shows incomplete under Challenges. I assume this is the last one I need…
I think we need to complete the Dark Citadel i.e. you need to do run in order to qualify completing all side quests as it looks like the devs tied doing that as part of being considered 100% side quest completion. Sucks to be a solo player as I too got 43/44 despite no more quest markers in Nahantu.

I have also—since “Everything Old” quest is not marked as completed–walked the ENTIRE map of Nehantu to see if a blue “!” would pop on the map…NOPE…
Man, I was in the exact same spot as you 42/44 and couldn’t find a quest to satisfy getting the last 2. So I started looking through all the hidden quests and found a few which I didn’t remember. So I started running all that I could activate.
The 2 hidden quests I tried by leaving from Samuk and heading south. Both were very close to each other in Five Hills region of Nahantu along the outer border of the map west of Feeding Grounds dungeon.
One was to go to the area and interact with the Memorial Shrine, then the Memorial Headstone next to it, kill a few enemy and it completes that quest. It’s called “Two Endings”
The other was south along the border from there in a hut where you talk to Umija in her house, called “Bloom where you are planted”. After talking with her a new quest marker should appear in Samuk and that was the side-quest which pushed me to get 43/44, relieved and thinking I needed to find just 1 more.
Not the case though, as soon as the quest achievement popped up on my screen, I immediately started getting other achievements popping up, and for whatever reason, with only 43/44, I got the Nahantu Folk Hero achievement, and everything with it.
Sorry if you’ve done those 2, my only suggestion if you already had, is to make sure to take a look at all the other hidden ones, make certain you’ve tried them all, because all it might take is to just get 1 more like I did and have at least 43/44! Good luck!

It sux that there does not seem to be any professionalism at Blizzard to address this. My main bugged out and it didn’t open the dungeons, I made an alt and went through the hold thing, and it showed completed, but did not checkoff coil. Stuck 43/44. Even did 1st dark cit run. They can turn off items, and all, but cannot check this off. Sad. I’m the last of my crew still playing, and not as hard any more. We’re all looking at POE2 now for primary game.
