Lot of players on EU servers encounter several seconds game freeze once every 10-15 minutes. please have a look on EU servers/upgrade them.

. Blizzard has static server locations, not clusters, in North America. They are in Chicago and Las Vegas (previously Los Angeles). There is also a server that provides downloads/updates and sometimes handles gaming traffic in Washington, D.C. EU and Asia also have static server locations, not clusters.
