Updated and logged on and I got the error code. Logged off and logged back in, same thing. Went to my eternal char. No problems logging into the eternal chars. Anyone have a solution or just wait it out?
Same problem here. Found a lot of people having the same issue the last few weeks. Recommended doing a full shutdown on console and starting again. Didn’t work for me

EDIT: workaround found. Force close the game, and reopening fixed it for me.
Same problem here. Locked out of Seasonal Character after updating. Tried all the usual tricks. I hope they can fix it on their end, and that nothing is lost in the process.
I just had this issue. I restarted my console multiple times and it didn’t work. I was getting same error. I just kept restarting the game and now it finally left me in. Don’t know what that’s all about.
