After getting the error 316719 I quit and reconnected (joined the queue). When I was able to login again I could play the game again and went to Kyovashad the first time but got stuck (coulnd not leave ne city) so I left the game and got the 316719 error again. So it’s back to the queue…

Log in sit in que for 1 hour play for 1 hour get an error now forced to do another hour que. No streamers seem to be having this problem just us plebs

Didn’t work for me, but others’ mileage may vary. I just had two copies of the same 2nd character I tried to make but no one could get back in the game.

Once you get error 316719 it seems you have to close and reopen. I did nothing after getting the error, sat and waited for my characters model to appear. Once it did I tried hitting start, still had the error.

I got the party error as well. Tried going into the CC and backing out, and while that did clear the black screen for me and showed my character, START just had the same error that “party member could not be found.”

I got on this morning, took 35 minutes to get connected, played for 5 minutes, got D/C-316719’d. Sat in que for 2 hours, played for 15 minutes. Got disconnected with the same error. Now sitting in que again for at least 60 minutes. I’m sure it’ll be better later when everyone is home from work…

yep, same issue here - back in the queue - and will probably still be unable to log in. Sigh…

Don’t wanna be that guy but if you are getting this error it means you’re no longer connected even if you’re inside the main lobby.

I tried waiting almost an hour with this error message showing every time I clicked start game. The only solution is close the game and start over with the queue. You’ll not be able to re enter your game if you stay in that loop.

This seems accurate from what I’ve seen. Tried logging back in for 45 minutes earlier and could not. Had to restart the game and rejoin the queue.

Relog seems to be the only way to fix this.
Its probably going to get worse as the day goes on and more people get home from work/school and login.

yep, that’s a cow (error code 316719) alright.
got kicked (disconnected) ingame and cannot start a game from the character menu now. don’t dare to reconnect and join the 120 minute q ;-/
At least I played for 15 minutes, right?

Sign me up for the error also had to restart game and back to a que that seems slower then the 99 min one I had at first even if the new one is 50 min

What a great customer experience. Whats there to test if we cannot play the game and queued for more than an hour not once but 3x with 4 hrs since launch… waste of energy

I got his with it in the first round.
I quit out, waiting through the queue and was able to get back in and play.

I’ve been hit a second time.

Mate we’re literally testing the servers not the game. That’s the reason for this. Limited server load this weekend to figure out some kinks and next week massive load on the server to keep testing.

121 minutes of waiting, 28 minutes of character creation and gameplay, and 110 minutes of waiting again… What kind of “not smart” runs this circus called Blizzard?
