Blizzard only said they are working on server stability issues, never said if we will get back in if we got that error tho.
same here. I got this error when clicking on start game
I finally caved and restarted my game. My homie is in the game and started like ~3 mins after me. Something tells me that the servers are not going to play nice with this error code…
are any of you guys getting the error and you were not in a party when you were kicked?
My buddy is ingame, we were partied together and when i got kicked he is still in my party and can not leave the party error code 316719
to repeat that, at least in his case he gets this error when he tries to leave the party ingame, i get the error on the character screen when i try to log back in.
it was a connection issue at first. then based on one of the replies above from a mod, it’s a server issue.
Now most of us are in limbo whether to restart game or not cuz the queue is long af
At this point it seems all you can do is exit the game completely and re-enter waiting in this god forsaken que.
No party. The most “kicked” I got was seeing Finalize/“Start Game” say something about succeeding, menu faded but character creation model stayed up, no scene change… then eventually error, Finalize menu popped back up. That’s when I started getting 316719.
Yes, you are going to have to restart. Had this error and person next to me restarted got in and I was sitting on character start screen.
A friend of mine restarted waited in queue and got in, but I stayed on the start menu and keep getting above error immediately. Maybe I’ll leave and wait 2 hours I guess.
I’ve restarted, 119 min queue, will tell you in 2 hours if I got in
on top of that apparently queue times arent even accurate based from what a mod said before

For anyone online and waiting, I’ve now seen people confirm they were able to play after logging out and rejoining the queue. So its a session error.
Sadly, you’re going to have to get to the back of the line.

Ok guys I can confirm. both me and my friend got error 316719. Her system crashed so she had to go back into que where as I kept waiting. After about 20-30 mins i asked where she was and she stated she was back in game playing but me at the login screen is still getting 316719 YOU HAVE TO RELOG.
I will also let you guys know when I finish the queue whether I get the error or can play. In 118 mins (hopefully less).
aight i caved in. my queue goes down faster than i expected. wait time went from 119 mins to 75 mins in 15 mins
