Have you tried repeatedly entering game at character select? I’m scared to just close the game entire and get stuck in queue…
They did for D2R, that had some of the old issues from the original D2 launch…which shouldn’t have happened.
I did for about 10 minutes, then came here to see others report that exiting and re-entering the queue was the only way to clear the issue.
Edit, 141 minutes estimate. Ouch!
They’ve had all day to work on this and yet this is the best they can muster…
Not impressed.
The game launched (like a pumpkin in a trebuchet) almost 8 hours ago. The claim is they’re throttling logins to allow for stability in game. Yet, every time I start playing (after an hour or more of waiting) in about 30 minutes the game goes wonky. This time I couldn’t speak to Meros to complete his side quest. I tried walking back in Kyovashad and just ran in place at the zone transition. I could still fight in the outdoors but I couldn’t go back into town to unload treasure. I couldn’t complete quests. Basically nothing substantive worked just basic combat.
This will be 4th time in the que today, reached lvl 4 and got this fabled error. The que is now at 131min - I want my money back. Genuinely disappointed in Blizz as a whole.
Whats even worse is they don’t even have accurate queue timers setup…like come on, this is basic stuff here Blizzard
“We plan to have more accurate queue countdowns in place for Open Beta next weekend as noted in our Known Issues post.”
I wonder if these are intentionally inflicted as a way of cycling the queue (i.e., letting people play for 30 minutes or whatever then booting them out to free up capacity for the next player?)
not sure why everyone is so angry, spent whole day at work, come home sit through long queue play for like 40 mins and got disconnected. Not that big of a deal now just reading a book and sitting in queue again. I mean this is beta right don’t expect it to be fully polished and ready to go game or server wise. Just remember Relax, Requeue, kill soem monsters and repeat 
Did you guys exit the game and requeue after you got disconnected and hit with the error code 316719? Or did you guys keep the game open stay on the character select screen, while clicking “START GAME” hoping to get in again?

You got to exit out and enter queue.
Pretty sure this error is not a real error and is just them locking you out as they are “managing the rate of players”. But the error that kicked you out was real error.
Same here … im not wanting to relog and sit for 2 hours , but im getting to that point
Now it’s my turn after playing since the opening 
must have been nice. Imagine 4+ hours of que’s and can’t even create a character.
I’m also afraid to logout to try fixing it xD Should I just wait?
I’ve gotten this error 3 times now. My son hasn’t gotten it once. Thank goodness he’s still able to play. Sucks trying to play together when one of us is stuck in hours long queues.
I got this.
I go back to que.
I wait 120 minutes.
I get an error and whole game crashes.
I go back to que for another 60 minutes.
9 minutes left and I’ll let yall know what happens.
I was able to play with no issues while solo, but when I joined a group with others got DC and this error within 10 minutes.
add me to the list. game is now unplayable.
OMG, is this a 316719 support group? I felt so alone.
