Entering "Hoarfrost Demise" Dungeon leads to Infinite Loading Screen

I cannot enter the dungeon if I try the Loading Screen Continues forever. I tried it with two different characters same result . Anyone got a fix?

I am in the same situation.
When I try to enter the Hoarfrost Demise with the Shattered Tribute in side quest, it does not proceed from the loading screen.

Same exact problem on my game, keeps getting stuck at loading screen despite many attempts to reboot. Graphics card drivers were only just updated yesterday.

I have solved the problem.
After finishing the side quest Shattered Tribute, I was able to enter the Hoarfrost Demise.
To finish the Shattered Tribute, I killed mob that pop up in the southeast of the Waypoint Bear Tribe Refuge.
You may have to advance the main quest a little to pop the target mob.
