There’s definitely a tease. Mephisto is basically now Evil Jesus. Not sure how you missed that. It was the literal ending.

Obviously more story to tell… but i dont want to buy another dlc just to finish an arc
It felt like it was a little to short but i have no problem with the fact that we didn’t get to fight mephisto I have a feeling that each prime evil will take up multiple expansions and even possibly that we won’t fight any of them till all three are back
Ideally, we would have seen the destruction of Mephisto followed by some lead in to Diablo or Baal’s resurrection, setting up the next expansion. I could see them redeeming it with a longer expansion where we take out both Mephisto AND Diablo though, leaving us in a LoD redux of sorts.

I had a big solid one for fighting Mephisto but they gave me his dog with tentacles so I was very let down by that. I was looking forward to how epic he was going to be. But I like building up a prime evil as opposed to just killing it off asap as it gives it a respect as a bigger threat.
I like how sheeple think this is leading to a bigger expansion.
Reality is that in the next expantion you all are gonna fight Mephistos cat and still be happy, it is what it is and you all will be begging for more. You were all happy with fighting a dog LOL
We will fight Mephisto after 3 games. Then 3 more for each Prime evil. Then some kind of mega threat for the 10th expansion. I’m calling it now.
Doing 3 games for Mephisto then only 1 for Diablo and Baal would be odd so their storylines will probably get dragged like a dogs hindlegs on a once all white now brown lined carpet for 2 additional games post their introduction.
