Greater cl looks good but the crackling cl is how I get the majority of my mana back.
Ice is almost “too strong”. It’s too efficient. Wide cc / vulnerability producing skills.
Lightning needs a minor cc. Ice has chill (which receives multiple damage buffs (dmg vs cc, chill). Surely enough chill turns into frozen. And skills allow frozen to be vulnerable.
Fire has burn and immobilization. (Does burn count as cc? Certainly a dot).
Shock… only has stun. If you realize that like I did, that’s why I’m not specializing/ investing in/ any dmg vs cc. Lightning was supposed to be high crit dmg, but I’ve and all the dmg mods for cc makes it more optimized.
