Dungeons completed as Grim Tasks not counting completed for Region Renown

P.S. I also realized that completing them with a nightmare sigil also does not count towards region renown, really forcing content that gives no benefit other than grinding for renown.

Not true. They count as side dungeon which increases renown the first time you do it I’m sure the Grim ones do too, the first time, but I know the nightmare ones do. They only count for renown once, so if you did as a regular dungeon while leveling you will not get renown again for it later.
