Druid Lightning Storm movement bug

There are many many more mechanics in the game akin to your bug (i noticed this too playing a lightning druid, and holding the storm for longer then a tick) that locks your character in place. So many more.

Intermittently cannot move after Evading?

So I’ve been noticing this issue happening more and more as of late now that I am in endgame which often requires me to evade more. Intermittently I’ll be in a fight and evade only to find that I cannot move after evading, I’ll be stuck in place almost as if stunned or trapped except there is nothing that suggests that. No amount of button pressing gets me “unstuck” aside from evading again, which often repeats the getting stuck only to leave you open for more damage until the game lets you move…
