Do you think the game will become more variable with the season?

At the moment, 80% of the time you only see people resetting blind burrows and running them half the day.
A few are still in the Helltide on the road but that’s it.

In addition, more and more people just play “Bonespear” Necro that it is not uncommon that 3-4 Bonespear necros are in a lobby.

it’s really a bit of a shame (of course it wasn’t much different in D3 times with the skill variation) but then you still had nice random generated dungeons not just 1000x the same dungeon with a different branch maybe.

I dont think so

The only playable end game content they are adding from what they showed is the tunnels and one more boss, and it isnt exactly an improvement over dungeons from what i can tell

I dont think the Season is fixing ANY of the big problems D4 has (no end game content, terrible loot, insanely small stash space)

Of course people will play the OP build that Blizzard refuses to put in line with the rest (or to even buff the rest to those insane levels)

Lol we’re in for a 5+ year wait for D4 to become playable.

As much as the D3 devs failed over the past 11 years, at least they tried in their misguided nature.

But these dudes clearly don’t even care about their 1-month old game. They’re telling everyone to stop playing, and they break their own ToS, and they say “you were expecting too much” when instead they were simply too untalented to create something even halfway decent.

Yes and no.

As much as it hurts, there is a “good” reason why the game has no real endgame and a very questionable loot system.
That reason is that it is now a live service game which Blizz needs to keep up and running and also to satisfy the playerbase with new and more content/mechanics/changes to the game with time.
So they kept the game purposefully blank and something which needs to be improved so they can get to the game they invisioned and maybe also the players want with several more seasons.
So the seasons are the reason why the game is like that. But the seasons will be the pacing on which the game will improve. It is a tool for development.

Imagine it like…you have small kids at home and you found a bunch of barbie dolls and comic books at a huge sale where you bought a sh**t load of them. But you can’t just give 20 Barbie dolls to your daughter and 10 comic books to your son at once. So you give them the worst and the smallest 1st. And you dose it with time in smaller portions. It will last longer and in the end the kids will value every single piece much more.
Blizz are the parents in this equation and we are the kids.

And seeing the general toxicity level of this forum and how immature many people here are, i’m not wondering they are going this route.

Just look up at some replies. The sheer ignorance of people or blindness how a service model works is astonishing. (And i’m not defending this Business model. Not at all. But the scary is that people are willingly not even wanting to detect the reasons.
