Do codex level be account wide?

Q. Will the aspect changes also apply to alternate characters? Do I need to level up my aspects on alternate characters for example?

Joe - Aspects are partition bound. What I mean by that is if you’re playing a seasonal character and you want to play an alt on the seasonal realm, that alt will also benefit from all the unlocks you got within your codex of power on your first character.

Charles - There is a separation between Hardcore and Non-Hardcore characters as well. Hardcore characters are their own thing even on the Seasonal Realm.
