There have been quite a few posts about this so I’m just adding to the noise in hopes it helps. I was streaming when I started playing the DLC and saved a clip to share how bad it is (for those who don’t have PS4s). It’s whackadoo. It absolutely ruins the game play and I’m not interested in playing on mute so I’m just not playing anymore. I’m thinking about requesting a refund at this point. I’ve been playing Bizzard games since the mid-90s and just expected better. Bugs happen but multiple days of this level of in game disruption with no acknowledgement?

It’s horrible! Thank you so much for providing a clip of the audio! Maybe someone will actually see it and be like, “That’s horrible we should fix it”
I would like to hold onto hope that Blizzard will fix it but as the days go by that hope slowly diminishes as I still see posts being made about it in the forums.

Yeah, I saw your video on YouTube. Happy that you put it here too. The sound is horrible.
I’m really frustrated with Blizz at the moment.
Bought the expansion, bought the premium battlepass and I have two options now, play with the sound off or not at all. Such a waste of money atm.

Agreed. I’m thinking about asking for a refund and just saving the money for another game or if it gets fixed… At first I was positive it would be fixed but the lack of acknowledgement is making me doubt.
