Was using the blacksmith inside of the Kurast Bazaar city on the map.
Had the game stop responding before disconnecting me from the server with an error code, sending me back to the main menu.
Upon clicking start to enter into the game. It gave me the fallen character message informing me that my latest fallen character would be to replace my oldest fallen character.
Heart broken i load into another charater of mine in order to see what the game says actually killed me. Sadly though there is no charater in the fallen hero page.
Seems as though when i disconnected from the server is erased my charater entirely.
Saw multiple topics about this same Xbox platform bug as far back as june 2023. How is this still an unresolved bug. Im not sure there is literally anything blizzard can do to help but its just odd that this even happens.
