My forgotten souls have been constantly disappearing from my inventory. I haven’t been using the souls; their quantity simply decreases drastically without me having used them. This has already happened 4 times.
And you are positive you are not crafting or upgrading to where they are being used?
Sim, eu tenho certeza que não usei as almas esquecidas. Mesmo se tivesse utilizado, eu deveria ter as armas no baú, as 4 vezes que eu perdi as almas eu tinha mais de 5000 almas e elas caíram para 200.
Confirm. Too me and other 3 guild mates on PS5, we’ve got the same issue.
Somehow , the counter reset to zero when approaching 3000 of them when:

Leave a party;
-
Change difficulty;
-
Re-enter the game;
-
Leave a dungeon/event;
barely was able to craft all S13. This behavior started after first S13 so called patch fix.
We already quite this season and will probably skin S14 as well. Thought i’d leave a confirmation maybe it helps.

this is so annoying just lost 18k souls, did an undercity went back to temis to upgrade gear and all forgotten souls gone @blizzard needs to fix this. Only get a few hours a week to play and to have everything disappear makes it impossible to level my character
