Maybe Blizzard should face the challenge head-on instead of running away from it every time.
You do not have to participate in the trading if you donât like it. I rarely do, and in the first week of the season, I rather rely on what I find, not what I can afford, but maybe that is just me.
Making everything bind on pickup was not a great experience either, so there has to be a compromise.
How about trading everything that you find while still in a group? That was how D3 did it, and that was ok.
If only they would just add in the AH it would solve all these issues!
I like where your heads at and agree with you. They are talking about the duped items people are selling on dtrade. The problem is the items go poof so people are getting scammed there left and right. Imagine selling an item and your gold going poof because it was duped. Or your gloves poofing after trade. Left with no help from the staff.
So how can you tell if an item is duped?
Just avoid using dtrade thatâs where everyone is saying they got duped gold and items. They poof shortly after and staff doesnt do anything. People have 18 accounts in that site. No regulations.
Damn I just traded a 3GA chest piece on it this morning for 8 LITH - hopefully it was legit
I love being SSF and never having to worry about the precious âââeconomyâââ.
Is that what they call it when the items go poof from your inventory lol.
Act quickly, the situation is out of control.
Youâll probably be fine. Itâs mostly people trading vs igg anyone wanting lith runes is more than likely an actual player or hit gold cap and is stock piling. Not 100% of the trades on that site are bad, but I am hearing more bad reports than good tbh. You can read all the posts here in blizz forums. Some were shut down. Just the vast majority. It was brought to my attention when I read the sanctuary server website channel discord this morning and started noticing them deleting peoples comments for saying they got scammed. It was A LOT of people this morning as well. All of the posts were removed and people were asking âwhy is my post being removed for reporting scamsâ. Pretty weird if you ask me that they deleted the posts.
Without an in-game auction house doodad, trading feels greasy and shady.
I choose not to participate
What always stopped me was having to manually post the item but then after realizing I can just screen shot and paste it was pretty simple. The only weird part was they wanted to do the transaction in the alley behind the pit and they wanted me to take my shirt off. But other than that it went smoothly.
D3 trade was great imho. You had 1.5 hours in game time to trade with any other player in the party when the item was picked up. After that it became account bound. That worked quite well.
I do miss the RMAH from the start of D3. It definitely wasnât a total crap show.
Idk why Diablo 4 doesnât have an AH in the same way WoW does. Surely, at this point, it wouldnât be hard for them to pull over programming from their other major title to make it work.
it had something to do with gambling laws at the time. loot boxes were some political buzzword. Since then⌠gambling is legal in most of the US now
Just remember never to turn it on again after disabling it.
If the game gets flooded with duplicate gear Blizzard will respond by decreasing drop rates. This is what they have done in the past and pretending it isnât so is unrealistic. Adding an Auction House will only accelerate people who use bots and duplicate gear and gold.
Allow the same trading rules as D3.
Trading is a lot more important now because of the rune economy.
My god⌠the game is full of conspiracy theorist haha. Diablotrade and this discord site are not trying to steal your babies.
Just like the crashing and nerfs are not trying to take your rupalsâŚ
Maybe there is a dupe and the nerf is really just a bug fix.
I swear⌠haha.
