Did they just removed the horde mechanic completely? (Post Eridu Nerf)

I am currently in Haunted refuge, not eridu, post hotfix for the mobs but I just got the notification that a horde was coming and literally nothing spawned on me.

Did they seriously just remove the spawner for the ‘horde’ to bandaid fix it or was it just a coincidence on my end?

just a flat nerf across the board for ALL dungeons.

It appears they nerfed it outa existence.

Just as you post, I’ve met an horde spawning inside another horde spawn. I believe they messed it a bit with the fix.
