It’s not effecting the game play, but when I talked to two separate NPC’s in Cerrigar, both were named Guard Dalen, who said “!!Missing!!-103552:MenuLabel” and “!!Missing!!-1022094:MenuLabel”

I have encountered the same issue. Some other NPCs in Cerrigar (Chieftain Crannoch for example) also are duplicated and have this missing menu label text.

Same here, with the missing labels and duplicated NPCs for Bealuc, Moira, and Chieftain Crannoch.
