The platinum should show up immediately. I purchased it in the playstation store. It said transaction failed (error code 300007) but it still charged me right away. I asked PS support for help they advised me go to SETTINGS->USERS & ACCOUNTS->OTHER-> RESTORE LICENSES-> THEN CLICK THE GAME (DIABLO). I went back into the game and this automatically loaded the missing platinum I paid for. Hope this helps.
