I think this is an update from the past that just came out for some reason??? Wut is going on here.
They posted it twice and did not add anything what am I missing?

Didn’t this happen in the past? But it seems like they posted new patch notes soon after.
I doubt we’re getting the new ones now.

Or Blizz want to continue to develop based on this old mechanism ???
They just changed the title. Everything else is an automatic process.
I think they want a new section for the patches from VoH and this is the preparation for it.
