My guess is East Cost US players got home and overloaded the servers. Could have been anyone of any age, that was working today.

This is becoming a theme. I get home from work, sit down, login, and the servers almost immediately die. Super frustrating.

What an absolute joke. I purchased the game. Played for about 10 min. and have been locked out ever since. BTW, the queue timer was a few minutes, now its something obscene like 500 min. West coast here by the way.

Imagine fixing the Cash Shop issues in 5mins on launch day but cant fix the connection issue in 1 hour after release.

Look, I’m frustrated too. I am near the end of the campaign and I got kicked out, but it’s technology. It decides randomly when to have issues. I am not defending Blizz because I don’t agree with a lot of stuff they have done recently, but I’m sure they don’t want to add anything else to their long list of issues. lol
Hopefully they will get it fixed soon and we can all start killing demons again! =D

Same here, went from a 2 min queue to error and crash several times. Now queue says I have 517 mins left… SMH, I’m glad they have figured things out after 20 yrs
