I feel you but honestly i don’t blame them for being silent. Would you wanna go stand in front of 10000 karens and kevins, to put yourself on blast for something that has gone glitchy that you’re trying to fix and can’t provide an estimate for?
Are you telling me you’ve NEVER EVER had to be in that position? In retail, fast food or any kind of job?
It sucks and im frustrated too. Its easy to forget that there are humans behind these screens, and its easy for us to let our fingers type away frustrated insults and threats.
Just be patient.
