Diablo iv dosnt run when i hit play its blocked

when i want to run the game nothin happens, i dont know what to do please help m

Have you tried repairing the Game Files?

Click the Cogwheel next to the Play Button, then select “Scan and Repair”.

yes i did and nothing happens, i dont know what to do, its been 5 days since this happens.

Nothing happened. Did it successfully find and fix the corrupted files? Or did the repair not actually initiate?

If it did run and found no corrupted files, then you may have a firewall/anti-virus that is restricting it from starting. Do you have any programs you use on this computer that sign in to a work-related VPN?

Considering adding Diablo IV to the anti-virus trust:

Windows Security (Built-in)

If you use Windows Defender, you can add an exclusion quickly: [1]

1. Press the Windows Key and type Windows Security.

2. Go to Virus & threat protection > Manage settings.

3. Scroll to the bottom and click Add or remove exclusions.

4. Click Add an exclusion, select Folder, and choose your Diablo 4 installation folder (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo IV).

Windows Firewall

If the game isn’t connecting to the servers, you may also need to allow it through the firewall: [1]

1. Open the Control Panel and search for Windows Defender Firewall.

2. Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall.

3. Click Change settings, then Allow another app.

4. Browse to your Diablo 4 folder, select Diablo IV.exe, and add it.

5. Ensure both the Private and Public checkboxes are ticked.
