granted it was super basic, the combat sucked due to phone, it was insanely money grubby and the amount they wanted you to spend made me sorta hate the company…
would never try it again, but it got a lot right. Nothing it got right is in D4 unfortunately.

D4 is so crappy, it makes Immortal look good to people, that’s the climate we’re in but nobody will look at the real reasons why Immortal is a horrible p2w game while D4 is a subpar B2P game. They both look like crap and we think we have to choose between one or the other, but in reality there are other options.

from a P2W perspective maybe…if that’s even a perspective to consider in the first place…

you were talking about scaling, said scaling depends on items you can find through P2W dungeon : you’ll get hit by a wall pretty quickly as a F2P player which doesn’t happen in D4 since it’s not P2W.
That being said, outside of the P2W matter, yea diablo immortal could have been great it handed quiet a few things quiet well gameplay wise.

I agree. DI is definitely a better multiplayer experience. And it’s a mobile game made in China. Crazy.

People that can’t see the gameplay grind in Diablo Immortal felt more like a true Diablo game than Diablo 4 are lying to themselves or have never seen Diablo Immortal beyond it being a cash grab.
If you don’t ever pvp, then P2W probably isn’t even in your vocabulary.
if you like full on pay two win then yes DI is better I like D4 better now don’t get me wrong diablo 4 has problems but like a fine wine giving time it will get better
“giving it time” is no longer an excuse. these companies are taking advantage of the consumers and don’t respect our time or money as players.
ngl but Diablo Immortal’s endgame is way better EVEN with the p2w bs. the whole Shadow Clans thing, having your entire clan working for objectives, the grouping, battle grounds, leaderboards, hell even scoreboards after killing raid bosses and doing shadow clan raids, cant believe d4 has none of this.
yes these are companies that are more or less ran by shareholders and board meetings and i’m not talking about development boards the development team can only do the best they can in the amount of time given by the shareholders you know the ones who really run the companies Blizzard entertainment is no longer their own company they report directly to Activision that is why it is called Activision Blizzard so you want someone to blame go to the Activision forums
