Are the servers down right now? I am receiving this error when trying to log in and so is a buddy of mine.
"your character has not finished being saved by the current game, or your account is otherwise busy. Please wait a few minutes so we can safely log your account out and try again. Code 395002

I played this morning a little while and I just tried to log in and all it gives me is the same thing who knows when they will fix it its blizzard/activision/microsoft=money with little to no fixes and nerf everything fun into the ground

Same issue. Haven’t played in a couple of days, Updated the game, getting code 395002.
No issues with other blizzard games.

Considering the top 4-5 most recent posts are about this error code, they really should have someone monitoring the tech support forums at all times for instances like this, but that would require caring.

I’m having this issue on both PC and Xbox.

I believe its was a bug in the update. Mine started doing it as soon as it updated
Just logged in seams to be working now
They are working on it now. On the b-net launcher under D4 there is a message showing…
“We are aware of an issue that is affecting our authentication servers, which may result in slow or failed login attempts. We are currently investigating the cause and will provide updates as they are available.”
It’s just a waiting game now.
Mine just logged it so it should be soon
I just tried to login and it’s down now. No message because I can’t even get into the battle.net launcher. Even the forums are struggling, taking forever to load.
Can we get the twitter Customer support updates again? At least that way if all the blizzard sites are hosed maybe we could see updates elsewhere?
