DIABLO 4 NEED too INVEST on Comunity (and people that make content of it) to stay in the TOP of ALL GAMES and ALIVE

I like PoE but the longer the game runs the more it’s being designed for people who want to put like 600 hours into a season like Zizz. Catering to these players just alienates the 99.9% of other players who have things to do that isn’t play your video game.

Didn’t blizzard themselves make this mistake? With WoW I thought they hired a bunch of the best raiders for the game design team so they went and designed a game only for the top 0.1% raiders and everyone else hated it.

No.

Yes.

Possibly. That one’s in purgatory for now.

I work full time, have social commitments, and manage to get 20 hours a week into the game so far. There are those who only manage to get 3-4 hours a week, then there’s those who play 7 days a week 13 hours plus a day. The demographics are across the range. Not everyone lives in a basement, and not everyone has a full schedule. What suits YOU won’t suit everyone else, what suits ME won’t suit you, and what suits parasitic streamers won’t suit myself or you, or others.

So calm your farm.

She is an amazingly funny, smart gamer… with tourettes…

She switches between carrying on smart, funny conversation, tics and swearing uncontrollably. I don’t think she has played Diablo idk?

So for one it’s a sarcastic suggestion that will never happen, but I think it would make the game actually worth watching live for once lol.

I agree I watch Asmond all the tim and he really knows D4

d4 doesnt need to invest in streamers, streamers naturally play and react to popular games, if theres no one streaming d4 its because theres no one interested in the topic.

What are your specific objections to these features. Or is this just some weird anti-trend crap where you just hate what’s popular because it’s popular. I’m pretty sure I know the answer but I’ll give you a shot.

They should never invest in streamers. Streamers are biased as they have monetary incentive to guide a game into being a game for them not other people. What a terrible suggestion.

Thanks for the laughs buddy :joy:

This game is dead simply because its bad, no streamer will play a game which is boring for him and everyone else for a longer period of time. Sure couple of hours if he gets paid for it but thats it.

The new season is out for not even 2 weeks, drops are still on on twitch and game has like 7K viewers.

This game will never ever have community such as D2 or PoE, because GOOD GAMES MAKE GOOD AND LOYAL COMMUNITIES, not the streamers or influencers.

Lol he must be troll. D4 best game hahahah.

Anyway I really don´t get why people have so strong feelings for streamers. Possitve or negative.

First of all majority of players don´t give a S about streamers.

Its true there are for sure lots of streamers/cc who either simp for blizzard or overcritized d4 just to please their mob.

Its also true there are many sheeps who blindly follow every opinion of their favorite leader. And that leader push that opinion o please them even more.

BUT

there are also streamers who just play the game a lot. And bcs of that their knowledge of game is probably much deeper than average gamer.

And very often their recomandation would made game much better. They also at least try to be non bias and tell. “I would like XY but I am aware thats only for HC gamer and casual would not appriciate that”

You can´t tell streamers are bad/good.
You need to find decent streamer and you also need to have your own opinion.

But following someone blindly or hating/disagree with him just bcs he is streamer is both same dumb.

I knew it was a joke post when you said D4 is awesome. It’s not. I don’t really get your post though - invest in streamers how? They have done some of that with the twitch drops.

I’m a store manager and have very little time to actually play. I get 4-8 hours like two or three times a week and I’m already done with the season journey. I think it’s fine where it is now.

I hope they don’t go back and make it slower though. It’s good to let players come and go for seasons and have time for other games. After all, very few players make one game their life. Catering games to streamers is especially dangerous because at that point they’re telling you that if you can’t make playing this game your full time job then it’s not for you.

What they need to do is diversify content that respects players time whether you play 10 hours a week or 100 hours a week. In an ARPG that’s hard to do, but that’s what is expected these days from gamers. FFXIV is a great example of letting players come and go while respecting your time regardless of how much time you have to play and that’s an MMO. I’m sure Blizzard can figure it out.

no i dont want a game based around a bunch of no lifer sweaty try hards begging for subs and yelling at the community if you dont have all these items and this you should uninstall

most of them were carried by their own paying subs then turn around and say my build alone is the best look what i can do… yeah you can melt a boss but they suck at content clearing. lol some dont even understand the mechanics some are just thirst traps in a tank top and an annoying giggle laugh

id rather have the community invest into sites that base their info on numbers and not… this vid is sponsored by…

and can you engrish any better?

i mean if the game was truly good, streamers would all be playing it with a smile xD

simple as, no need for unethical shenanigans.

if they start paying the streamers left and right, they will have to add #sponsored in their title and everything will be taken as a lie for money. make the game good for genuine interest.

Ill Disagree with you on that,

streamers dont need anything from the company

someone is omegamad because run-of-the-mill streamer makes x5 his salary playing a video game. The inferiority complex and jealousy is literally seeping through the screen.

Eagles fan here and I concur. We hate the cowpies

This is blatantly false. A handful of streamers make good money, the majority don’t even make enough from streaming to stop their day jobs.

Streamers are in the content creation business. Gaming is just the raw material. Their interests are not necessarily the interests of the majority of players.

I don’t think game companies should go out of their way to offend streamers, but they shouldn’t cater to them, either.

Good for them making a living off someone elses work. A lot of ppl are sheep that need someone to tell them how to think.

That doesnt change the fact streamers have been toxic and a negative influence in the overall gaming world.
