I think is time to revisit this Unique which every players regard it as useless due to the random location evade effect. There is no use case for evade to random location in the game, and sorcerer has to sacrifice an important weapon slot for that.
My suggestion is change the Evade to random location to * x50% damage to stunned target or x100% to Teleport damage*. It is perfectly balance as we sacrifice a x35% “Control” damage aspect, core still damage and critical strike damage usually roll with Wand.
