I have done somewhere around 150-250 runs (wings) at this point and have collected all of the cosmetics except for the Greater Helm of the Khazra. It just doesnt seem to be able to drop for me. I saw that there was a fix in the latest patch for missing cosmetics not being sent to your stash, but even after the patch I seem unable to obtain the helm drop. Is the final cosmetic drop supposed to be an almost impossible thing to obtain or am I missing something? Would love to know what to do, as running anymore wings seems rather pointless until I can figure out if its bugged or not.
